| E.KAT.O is a Pan-Hellenic Consumer Organisation that was established in Greece in 1998. Court accreditation 26/03/1999.
The seat
of this Organisation is in Thessaloniki
and is authorized to erect offices, branches,
committees etc. in all the Greek territory
according to the decision of the Association
Committee. Greek Consumer Organisation
is a non profit organisation. The main
goal is the consumer's protection, education,
training and more specific the consolidation
of the following fundamental rights of
the Consumer.
E.KAT.O is committed through
its membership, to foster and maintain
the integrity of business in dealings
with consumers, to encourage and promote
effective communication and understanding
between business, government, and consumers
and to define and advance the consumer
affairs profession.
