The Organisation's aims are realised with:

  • Public declamations and speeches.
  • Spiritual and artistic demonstrations.
  • Announcement of indications, seminars, creation of informational centers, and generally with every legal way for the development of safety for the consumers.
  • General publications concerning consumers' rights. (legal right, information for prices and new products, etc.)
  • Cooperation with other respective associations with the same or similar aims.
  • Quality control for products and services.

How to get Information

There are several ways to obtain more information:

  • A reply to a consumer question - in writing or by phone.
  • Seminars and declamations of the protection of the consumers.
  • Discovery and disclosure of any damaged product.
  • Participation in congresses.
  • Communication for any untrustworthy and artificial advertisement or any other information which can cause obscure ness to the consumer's opinion and decision.
  • Efforts for the sensitization of young consumers for their safety and information.
