to obtain more information:
- A reply to a consumer
question - in writing or by phone.
- Seminars and declamations
of the protection of the consumers.
- Discovery and disclosure
of any damaged product.
- Participation in congresses.
- Communication for any
untrustworthy and artificial advertisement
or any other information which can cause obscure
ness to the consumer's opinion and decision.
- Efforts for the sensitization
of young consumers for their safety and information.
